Project Overview

KARM DESIGN was approached to manufacture a complete circulation pump used in an evaporation process, after the original OEM had ceased trading and all technical documentation was no longer available. The client required a fully functional replacement that could perform reliably in a harsh, highly corrosive environment.

Solution

Our engineering team visited the customer’s site to collect all critical dimensions and operational details directly from the existing installation. Using advanced reverse engineering and design tools, we recreated the pump model from scratch.

To enhance longevity and performance, we upgraded the material specification to Super Duplex stainless steel, offering exceptional corrosion resistance and mechanical strength suitable for demanding process conditions.

Once manufactured, the pump was fully assembled and performance-tested in-house to validate hydraulic efficiency and mechanical reliability before delivery.
