Our engineers carried out a full dimensional assessment of the existing components and applied material and design enhancements during the re-engineering phase.

  • All wetted components were manufactured from high-chromium white iron, providing superior abrasion and erosion resistance.
  • Key clearances were refined to improve hydraulic efficiency and reduce recirculation losses.
  • Subtle geometric optimisations were introduced to enhance overall pump reliability and flow characteristics.

Each component was precision-machined and inspected in-house to ensure compatibility with the existing pump assembly and consistent high-quality finish.
